Go to Settings > Profile and set your availability preferences and connect your favorite calendar. This ensures AISS books appointments only when you're available to take calls.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations to connect your Facebook and Instagram direct messages so AISS can respond to inquiries there. Just click Facebook and follow the prompts.
Go to Settings > Billing to connect your preferred payment mechanism for seamless transactions. This is important! Without this we can't send SMS or emails and will stall your build progress.

Why didn't a lead get a message?
Check for conflicting tags like "ai-off" or verify that your integrations are properly connected. Sometimes message delivery can be affected by carrier restrictions.

Can I pause or edit follow-ups?
Yes, use the "ai-off" tag to pause automation for a specific lead, or simply reply manually to take control of the conversation. You can resume automation with removing the "ai-off" tag.

Where can I see my leads?
Click 'Opportunities' and notice the dropdown at the top. Check both the AISS Pipeline (for leads in automated nurturing) and the SalesPipeline (for leads that have booked appointments). Each shows a different stage of your sales process.

How can my AISS reschedule a no-show?
Simply open the calendar appointment and mark the status 'No-Show'. That's it! AISS will take care of followup for a new booking.

Can I add a signature to my emails?
Of course! Go to settings → my profile. You can add an email signature there.

Can I manually add an opportunity?
Yep! First, you need to add your lead manually as a contact. Go to 'Contacts', and click the plus button. Next, you can click 'Opportunities' and 'Add an Opportunity'. Choose the contact you just created and add it to your pipeline and your desired pipeline stage.
My meeting location is empty in confirmation emails and SMS. How can I update?
Click on the Calendars → Calendar Settings→ Edit the 'AI Calendar' . Scroll down on the 'MeetingDetails' tab. Be sure to set the 'MeetingLocation' ( Zoom, Google Meet, Phone, etc. )
